Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Shipping
Our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of your order, and vary depending on where you live.
All our packages are shipped from Switzerland. For orders shipped to countries outside of Switzerland, we are not responsible for the cost of specific taxes payable in the country of destination. These costs are in addition to the shipping costs and are not included in the price of the order. Customers are responsible for all international customs and duties.
International Shipping (Outside the CH)
Customers are responsible for all international customs and duties.
The amount of these taxes or duties will vary depending on the import/export laws of each country, and it is your responsibility to be informed of them and all formalities required to deliver the order.
Shipping costs do not include customs duties, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery of the package.
Warrantly
All our products are covered by the standard 2 year warranty on purchased goods that begins when the goods are shipped.
This warranty covers the failure or malfunction of the device within this time period which is due to our manufacturing processes or components used. Does not include normal wear and tear.
Oldrep Sàrl (Wackylab) chooses the mode of execution of the warranty service between repair, replacement with an equivalent device or reimbursement of the price of the device. All other claims are excluded. No other warranty is given.
The warranty covers return to customer (worldwide without customs and international duties) but not shipping to have the device returned to Oldrep Sàrl (Wackylab). Warranty is void if the device has failed due to customer negligence, including (but not limited to) connection of the device to improper power supply, damage due to improper handling and damage due to extreme conditions (including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity or dust).
